Local lacrosse team enjoying successful summer

The Westside Lacrosse travel team - a squad made up of high school players from West Ottawa, Holland and Grand Haven Hhigh schools - has enjoyed a successful summer at tournaments across the Midwest. The team won the HIgh School Boys A Bracket at the Brewtown Showdown in Milwaukee on June 24-26; took runner-up honors at the Great Lakes Lacrosse Invitational in Kalamazoo on July 9-10; and will soon add to its tournament resume with a trip to the Cherry Bomb lacrosse tournament in Traverse City on July 29-31.

The team is coached by Grand Haven varsity coach Murle Greer. Players from Grand Haven on the squad are Gerrit Boone, Everett Ingalls, Trevor McNamara, Matt Mulcahy and Brody Smith.

Jared VanOordt wasn't listed as one of the players from GH...his name is on pg 2 of the website.

Travel team is always an exciting for the trip. Actually the team players from Grand Haven on the squad are Gerrit Boone, Everett Ingalls are most popular. Recently when we visited to the India
we really like the karnataka over there. History Of Karnataka is really interesting.
