Prep roundup: Trojans' soccer ties Mona Shores

Rivals Fruitport and Mona Shores played to a 0-0 tie on the soccer field Saturday afternoon. The Sailors had more shots on the game, but the Trojans were saved by a nice game by goalie Loghan Stong, who had nine stops. "Both teams had probably three quality scoring chances, and I'm shocked that the score ended at 0-0,' said Trojans' coach Greg Kobylak, whose team is now 6-1-1. The Trojans have recorded six shutouts in their eight games this fall.
