“I am proud with how our team raced today,” said Lakers’ head coach Greg Brown. “While our times are off from last week at Sparta, our grouping improved. Our goal is to get strong with each race and with our conference meets starting this week, these results give us the boost we need to perform well.”

Another Lakers’ junior, Ryan Galligan, was just outside of the top 10, as he finished 12th overall at 18 minutes, 27 seconds. Galligan’s brother, Connor was close behind, finishing at 18:38. Freshman Riley Warmoth rounded out the Lakers’ top five by taking 19th at 18:45.
