Ellis, Davis named Homecoming king, queen

Grand Haven's varsity football team won its Homecoming game over Grandville on Friday night, 41-12. At halftime of the game, Buccaneer seniors Norris Ellis and Shar'rae Davis were crowned Homecoming king and queen. Ellis is an outstanding defensive lineman for the Bucs' football team while Davis is a star on Grand Haven's girls basketball team that reached the Class A state semifinals last fall. The seniors were announced as winners of the Homecoming spirit week competition.

Grand Haven’s varsity football team won its Homecoming game over Grandville on Friday night, 41-12.

At halftime of the game, Buccaneer seniors Norris Ellis and Shar’rae Davis were crowned Homecoming king and queen.

Ellis is an outstanding defensive lineman for the Bucs’ football team while Davis is a star on Grand Haven’s girls basketball team that reached the Class A state semifinals last fall.

The seniors were announced as winners of the Homecoming spirit week competition.
