The Trojans drew a bye in the opening round of the districts and will face Muskegon Oakridge tonight at 5:30. The Eagles downed Muskegon Heights on Monday.
Fruitport is on a late-season roll to enter the tournament, having won both the Muskegon City and Lakes Eight Con-ference tournaments. The Trojans are 43-8 overall and ranked No. 2 in Class B behind behind Plainwell.
In the other half of the bracket, Spring Lake (32-12 overall) will challenge a talented Whitehall team in a match that may very well stretch to a full five games. Whitehall defeated Orchard View on Monday.
