The Dream Team features the top 10 players in the state, regardless of their class or position.

VanderLaan and Buccaneers' senior goalie Ethan Beswick were each named Division 1 first-team all-state by the MIHSSCA. Senior forward Nathan Rose and junior midfielder Willie Bennick were named second-team all-state.

Those four helped Grand Haven reach the Division 1 state championship game this fall.

Also reaching the state finals was Spring Lake in Division 2. The Lakers' Adam Clauss, a junior midfielder, earned first-team all-state honors, while senior midfielder

Kyle Kendall was named second-team all-state and senior forward Alec Strahl earned honorable mention.

Western Michigan Christian reached the Division 4 state title game. Goalie Jacob Berens, a junior from Grand Haven, was named first-team all-state in Division 4, as was senior midfielder Ryan Briggs and senior defender Tim Schuitema.

Junior Matt Wisen was named to the all-state second team while senior defender Tim DenDulk was an honorable mention.

This sounds like it is very good for him. I hope that he will continue to find much success in both soccer and in his future studies. His parents must be very proud. I am glad to have had the opportunity to read this.
