Fruitport falls to 2-3 overall following the non-conference contest, while Comstock Park improves to 6-0.

Fruitport received a season-high 18 points from senior center Amelio Flores — including four of the Trojans’ seven 3-pointers — but it wasn’t enough. Comstock Park countered with a game-high 25 points from Ryan Schall.

Senior Mike Reyes chipped in with 16 points for Fruitport and junior Tyler Fehler added nine.

The Trojans are off until Tuesday when they travel to Coopersville — the third in a string of five-straight road games for Fruitport.
