WMC boys no match for Tri-Unity

Western Michigan Christian ran into a buzzsaw at Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian Friday night and dropped a 63-23 decision to the Defenders.

Tri-Unity, ranked No. 1 in Class D, moves to 11-0 overall.  

The Defenders led 17-6 at the first stop, 40-11 at intermission and 58-17 going into the final period.

Robert Wilkinson and Bernard Smith each had seven for the Warriors who drop to 4-4 on the season and 2-2 in the RIver Valley Conference.

Junior Varsity: WMC won 46-37 to move to 7-1 on the season. Chaise Schuiteman led the way with 19 points.
