WMC boys remain unbeaten in league play

With the win, the Warriors improve to 5-0 in River Valley Conference play and 8-4 overall.

The Warriors led 14-8 at the end of the first quarter and steadily pulled away from there, leading by 17 points at the half and by 18 going into the fourth quarter.

James Godwin and Jacob Ray scored 10 points each for WMC.

Freshmen: WMC lost to Covenant, 56-50. Chance Larson led the Warriors with 18 followed by Daniel Ray with 17.


Covenant Christian pulled away from WMC on Friday, scoring a 48-33 victory.

Sarah Hughes led the Warriors with nine points.

The Warriors fell behind early, 13-7, and were never able to get back into the game.

Junior Varsity: WMC lost 52-28. Cassie Kingma had seven points for the Warriors and Mikaela Erickson added six.

Freshmen: WMC lost 44-13. Ashley Sandin had six points for WMC.
