Fruitport booters shut out Cedar Springs

Fruitport put together its most complete game of the season against Cedar Springs on Friday, defeating the Redhawks, 4-0.

The Trojans controlled the ball through the midfield, winning 50/50 balls, which allowed Fruitport to outshoot Cedar Springs, 14-2.  

Lauren Maus led the Trojans with two goals, Jordyn Stanberry added a goal and an assist, and Carly Kryfka also found the back of the net.  

Monica Holden had two saves for the Trojans.  

Fruitport heads to Ludington on Monday to face the Orioles.
