Synopsis of the Spring Lake Township Board of Trustees meeting held on February 23, 2015 Supervisor Nash called the meeting to order at 6:00pm with a spiritual reading and the pledge of allegiance. A time for public comment was provided. No comments were offered at this time. Approved the agenda as written Held the public hearing for the Dutch Girl Brewery liquor license request. No public comments were offered. Approved the granting local government approval for the application to the State of Michigan Liquor Control Commission, from Dutch Girl Brewery, for a Micro-Brewery and Small Wine Makin License. Approved the Resolution for permit fees for the keeping of chickens as presented. Approved grade 9 of the wage matrix. Placed the manager on step 3 of the grade 9 matrix and added an additional week of vacation to the manager's PTO. Set the Budget Public Hearing for March 9, 2015, 7:00pm at the Township Hall at 106 S. Buchanan, Spring Lake Michigan, 49456. Set the Annual Meeting of the Electors for March 23, 6:00pm at Fire Station #2 at 18964 174th Ave, Spring Lake, Michigan 49456.
