Man stabbed at sports bar near West Shore Mall

Authorities said a man hid under a car after stabbing a customer at a sports bar in Holland Township.

The stabbing happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Buffalo Wild Wings on West Shore Drive.

Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies said a 24-year-old Grand Rapids man stabbed a 27-year-old Holland man in the chest.

Authorities arrived on the scene within one minute and provided medical attention. The victim’s injuries were said to be non-life-threatening.

The suspect fled the scene and was found hiding under a vehicle in a nearby apartment complex.
