Woman injured in GHT crash

One person was taken to North Ottawa Community Hospital with injuries after behind involved in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Comstock Street and 172nd Avenue on Thursday.

The incident occurred at noon. Grand Haven Township Fire Chief Tom Gerencer said one female patient in her 20s had to be extracted from her car.

Gerencer said her vehicle, which was a mid-size car, had major damage on the driver’s side door from the collision with another car.

“One vehicle had major front-end damage, and the other had major driver’s-side damage,” Gerencer said.
