Fred of Grand Haven Township asked, "Years ago, the people of Northwest Ottawa County owned North Ottawa Community Hospital. Governmental units paid a tax to operate the hospital. Then years later it became a private, not-for-profit hospital. If the hospital were sold today, like maybe to Spectrum, where would the money from the sale go?"
