Two new exhibits have opened at the Coopersville Farm Museum and Event Center. Oil paintings by Therese Berrington fill the Art of Rural Life Gallery in an exhibit called "Circles.'

Ty Pastor didn't realize how much he loved wrestling until he couldn't wrestle anymore. Pastor, a senior at Fruitport, broke his hand in the opening week of the season and was sidelined until Wednesday night, when he returned for the Trojans' sweep of Ludington and Orchard View in a Lakes Eight Conference quad meet. Pastor fared well in his return to the mat, scoring pins over Ludington's Zak Shoup and Orchard View's Blake Anderson.

Prosecutors add more sexual misconduct charges against former Mona Shores High School paraprofessional Michael D'Oyly. A 17-year-old boy told a Muskegon County judge Wednesday the former choir assistant grabbed his buttocks on multiple occasions at the school.
