Boys Junior Varsity Grand Haven (5-0, 1-0 O-K Red) pulled out a 54-50 win over East Kentwood on Tuesday, as David Zuidema sank 5-of-6 free throws over the final 1 1/2 minutes to seal the game for the Bucs. Dredging for dollars

Because funding for harbor dredging is becoming scarce, Grand Haven officials are making a push to get more funds for the project through the government's Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund. "City Council requested to make it apparent to our federal representatives that harbors in the Great Lakes need attention,' said Sam Janson, assistant to the Grand Haven city manager.
