Gerry Witherell, 74, 527 Butler St., has been serving as a BLP director since he being appointed to the board in 2005. Witherell said he believed it was important to continue the same standard of service the BLP currently provides to customers in the Tri-Cities area - as it benefits not only residents, but large businesses as well.
