Oakland County prosecutors have dropped a charge of drug delivery causing death against Natasha Vanwasshenova, 28.
Authorities said a 38-year-old man hired her in November 2010 to come to his home in the Detroit suburb of Rochester. At his request, she bought $80 of heroin for him.
The Detroit Free Press reported he took heroin and alcohol, and spent 30 minutes in a hot tub with her before having a cold shower.
Her lawyer questioned an autopsy blaming the death on heroin, noting the man's enlarged heart and clogged artery.
She's pleaded guilty to drug delivery, and could walk free today after a 14-month jailing.
