The other man was wearing a black baseball cap with what appears to be a Detroit Red Wings emblem on the front. He was also wearing a black jacket, police said.

One of the suspected men, a 20-year-old Muskegon resident, was arrested by police at 5 p.m. Wednesday. He’s in jail pending arraignment.
