Kelley, her son, Jordan and his friend, Spencer Shrontz were touring downtown Grand Haven to see the Coast Guard Festival's Cruise-In Car Show Sunday morning.

"As long as there's cool cars, I don't mind the rain at all," Jordan said.

Officials said cool temperatures and rain kept a lot of people away.

"There's about a third of what we had last year," said longtime former organizer Jim Butler, who was volunteering at the event.

"There's about 130 cars here," he said.

Judging was completed early and officials announced they were handing out awards at 1 p.m.

The show was originally scheduled to go until 2:30 p.m.
