Eagle Ottawa fire
Grand Haven Department of Public Safety officers responded to a fire just before 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the former Eagle Ottawa Leather Co., at the east end of Fulton Avenue.
Officials said an ember from a work torch fell into a pile of old roofing insulation, which was piled behind the building which is under demolition. The fire was out within a short period of time.
