"Frozen in Time" in downtown GH

Downtown Grand Haven merchants transformed their storefront windows into movie scenes Saturday afternoon for a “Frozen in Time” event.

The two-hour event, sponsored by the Grand Haven Main Street Downtown Development Authority, featured live mannequins — some who moved and interacted with passersby, while others simply froze a pose.
