Downtown Grand Haven trick-or-treating

Hundreds of trick-or-treaters participated in the downtown Grand Haven trick-or-treating event on Monday night. Officials from the Downtown Development Authority closed Washington Avenue from Harbor Drive to Third Street, and trick-or-treaters lined both sides of the road as they collected candy from merchants. The event lasted from 4-6 p.m.
