Grand Haven celebrates the grand re-opening of Washington Avenue

Residents, business owners, and representatives from local, state and federal government were on hand Saturday afternoon to celebrate the grand re-opening of Washington Avenue. The celebration follows nearly three years of construction in downtown Grand Haven that included new streets, sidewalks, public utilities and a new snowmelt system.
