A gallery of images from the Tri-Cities Family YMCA "Splash Begin-to-Swim" program culmination Friday morning. The program offers first through sixth grade students a chance to get comfortable around the water by learning about swimming fundamentals, being comfortable around the water and various water safety techniques.
