I must be simply getting old. I am usually so very proud of my "hometown" . . . I am sure this is all in fun, but I would not feel so great about bringing my out-of-town friends to the downtown area on this day. And . . . I know that some people would like it better if the outoftowners were kept away.
The good news is I have 364 days a year to enjoy our beautiful community so I guess I should not complain too loudly.
Dang it, forgot about this and ended up napping instead. Wanted to take the camera down there and see what I could see. Rats.
Oh well, it's so hard to find flash powder for my Graflex nowadays. Better to save it for special occasions.
Graflex? I wish I could afford one of those. You must be a rich spoiled brat, instead of just a spoiled brat.
Yeah - YAAUA!
Wow Christopher... It was just good harmless fun. Why do you have to be such a self centered party pooping jerk? Do you bitch about Santa and the Elves at Christmas time as well? Personally, the only thing about my "hometown" that I'm not proud of is old fuddy duddies like YOU!! BORING!!
Interesting reply. Thanks for taking time to write.
It looks like fun! Wish I could have been there. Some folks really did a great job with the make-up. Way to get into the spirit of things, Grand Haven!
This is great. Love the enthusiasm!!!
