"I do like the fact that the east end is growing and there are more businesses going in,' Jeri Page said. "There is a community pride there.' Page and her husband, Todd, are opening East End Ice Cream in the old Cone Zone location at 1453 Washington Ave. They purchased the closed ice cream shop in September 2011. "At one time, it had really good business,' she said.
