While opinions differed and personalities conflicted, the conversations remained civil at the local library Tuesday evening. Grand Haven-area residents discussed the nature of public education at Loutit District Library, led by the West Michigan Civil Conversation Project. The audience engaged in constructive dialogues rather than raising their voice to get their point across.
