Duncan Woods groundskeeper suit set aside

The third of three lawsuits regarding a fatal sledding accident in Grand Haven more than three years ago has been set aside until a decision is made on the appeals of the other two court cases.

If you want to get into Grand Haven's Lake Forest Cemetery, there are three entry points on Lake Avenue and one that connects to Grand Avenue. However, if you want to get out, according to some Tri-Cities area residents, you may pass through an additional entrance or exit that does not exist.
