About Ran Baker
Ran Baker lives in Muskegon, Michigan, but loves to bring his show to enthusiastic
audiences across the midwest. He started practicing magic at age ten, and at twelve,
he won first place in the junior division of the Chicago Magic Club Talent Contest.
He continued to hone his craft, while earning a bachelor's degree in psychology from
Indiana University and a master's in creative writing from the university of South Dakota.
He is a published author with one book and many journal and magazine articles to his credit.
Ran is a professional speaker, presenting workshops in time management, conflict management, motivation,
keynotes, and other related professional topics, always integrating magic into his presentations. He also performs
illusion shows for corporate and family audiences, with his daughter, Brooke, as his assistant. His show's integrate
comedy, music, audience interaction, and state-of-the-art magical illusions. In addition to professional presentations,
Randy also teaches Oral Communications, Presentation Speaking, Creative Writing, and other courses at Baker College.
