Gail of Spring Lake Township asked, "Could you tell me if the Ottawa County Road Commission, Spring Lake Township or the Timber Run condominium complex association is responsible for filling the huge sinkhole that appeared when floodwater undermined the entrance of the condo complex off Kelly Street? It has a county Road Commission sign inside the hole. But it has been quite awhile, and the hole is only getting bigger. Whose responsibility is it?"
