David of Grand Rapids asked, "Why is there a difference of seasons as it pertains to meteorologists? For instance, spring started on March 20 this year, but meteorologists say that the meteorology spring runs from March 1 through May 31. It is also the same for the balance of the seasons. What gives on the different dates?"

Are the lights working right?

Liz of Grand Haven asked, "Is it just me or have the traffic lights in Grand Haven not changed along with the time change? I'm sure money is put into traffic studies to improve traffic flow with the timing of traffic lights. What good is it if it's no longer helping us get places faster, especially during rush hours? Or maybe it is, and all fall and winter we were on the incorrect light timing?"
