Police seek charge after man’s Facebook posts

Police in Battle Creek said they're seeking an ethnic intimidation charge from prosecutors following a man's postings on Facebook.

The Battle Creek Enquirer reported a 33-year-old black man called police last week about the postings by a 27-year-old white man. Police said they told the younger man to stop posting, but the comments continued.

Police said the postings on the social networking website also included a threat to kill the older man and burn his house.

Police said Monday they were told the men had been in a dispute.



Teacher pressure is categorized as a grave working danger which has the power to carry a disaster on the teacher. Many teachers and previous teachers have spoken their concern about stress linked with the work.
