Senior point guard Shar'Rae Davis paced the Buccaneers (24-1) offensively with 18 points, while junior center Abby Cole added 10 points and seven blocked shots.
Taylor Shomin and Mackenzie Crawford each scored 14 points for Northview, which finishes its season at 16-8.
Grand Haven advances to Tuesday's Class A quarterfinals at Lansing Everett High School. The Buccaneers will take on East Lansing, which defeated East Kentwood on Tuesday, 36-22.
Grand Haven beat East Lansing in last year's quarterfinal contest, 59-50.
