Hansen carded back-to-back rounds of 80 to finish one stroke ahead of a pair of Oakland University golfers.

She entered the final day trailing by two strokes, but battled her way back by carding three birdies in the final round.

“Collette has been playing fantastic,” said head coach Terri Anthony-Ryan. “Today, she was just real consistent and even battled the weather to earn the win.”

Hansen placed third at the Sunshine Spring Classic and was second at the Benbow Invitational earlier this spring.

This past summer, Hansen finished runner-up in the Championship Flight of the Spring Lake Invitational Tournament.

Last year, Hansen was honored by the National Golf Coaches Association by being selected to the Women’s All-American Scholar Team in Division 1.
