The Newaygo County Sheriff's Department said it found 18-year-old Joshua Mullens on Tuesday evening after he fell off an inner tube that was being pulled by a personal watercraft on Woodland Lake in Merrill Township.
Police said Mullens died at the scene, about 50 miles north of Grand Rapids. He was believed to have been wearing a life preserver, but if fell off.
