The warning means there are critical fire weather conditions that are either occuring now or will shortly.
The National Weather Service said the conditions are ripe for the spread of fire: southwest winds of 10-15 mph, with frequent gusts to 25 mph can be expected; the humidity is low; and temperatures are in the 80s.
Burn restrictions are likely to be in effect. Be careful with any activities that could potentially lead to wildfire. Camping, outdoor grills, smoking materials, chain saws and all-terrain vehicles all have the potential to throw sparks and ignite a dangerous and destructive fire.
