Watkins Pharmacy suspect in custody

A former Holton Township man has been arrested in connection with the July 3 break-in of Watkins Pharmacy, Norton Shores Police Chief Dan Shaw announced.

The 34-year-old man was arrested this morning after officers Thomas Sabo and Michael Wasilewski responded to a trespassing call in the 1100 block of Sternberg Road.

Police also searched a local motel room and recovered a large amount of pharmaceuticals, Shaw said.

The suspect's name was withheld pending arraignment.
