However, the woman turned out to be the man's new wife.

Police said they arrested the 49-year-old man and 46-year-old woman Tuesday night at a hotel on charges related to the meth lab and outstanding warrants.

Officers said when they first tried to talk to the man, he attempted to jump from a third-story window before retreating into his hotel room. Police said the suspect then told officers he had a hostage, and his meth lab would explode if they came in.

Authorities said police negotiators convinced the couple to turn themselves in after more than six hours.

I have heard this news as well. This is really very unfortunate event. I hope they will give a punishment or an action for them. - Mercy Ministries
