The Coast Guard helicopter performed a rescue of a live person from the water in front of Coast Guard officials, a tour group from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, and other spectators.
One of the 47-foot life boats from Coast Guard Station Grand Haven then rescued a dummy from the water. as Sector Field Office Grand Haven Cmdr. Sean Brady explained the process.
