Cars certainly get towed when improperly parked, but how do you ticket a blanketed spot? Or should there be a committee to walk around and stop this, or take the blankets if out before midnight?

Well if premature marking with blankets is the worst thing that happens during the Festival, we should all be thankful... Seems a bit petty to me.
