The Toledo Blade reported Lucas County Judge Stacy Cook sentenced 57-year-old Lawrence Clement of Temperance to one year in prison. He pleaded no contest last month.
Clement was indicted in March and fired from H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home in Toledo after he was found in a compromising position with the corpse of a 51-year-old woman.
The newspaper reported Cook said at the Tuesday sentencing that Clement abused his position of trust.
