Marl Steinbach, 64, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of animal cruelty. A judge set bond at $1,000.
Animal Control officers began investigating Steinbach on Aug. 22. At the end of their investigation, the officers executed a search warrant on her property on Morgan Road in Castleton Township, and seized seven horses and 17 cats and kittens.
