From 6-9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, Grand Haven Tribune Publisher Kevin Hook and a dozen other professional people will assist the servers for dining patrons at The Grand Seafood and Oyster Bar, 22 Washington Ave., Grand Haven. Closing the event will be Big Daddy Fox at the Theatre Bar with his sing-a-long and an open mic night.   Diners are encouraged to donate additional tips that go directly to the Tri-Cities Family YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.   YMCA Director of Development, Paul Bedient, said the goal for the evening is to raise $2,500 for the Strong Kids fund.   "Each year the Y provides over $375,000 of services to children, adults and families who need, but cannot afford the entire cost of Y programs and services,” he said. “The Celebrity Server Night is a wonderful avenue for us to have a strong finish to the campaign. This is a very generous thing for Steve and Kevin to do for the Y.”
