Julian Hernandez-Zapata, 39, killed his wife, Andrea Garcia-Gonzalez, on Memorial Day in Hart Township. Police said Hernandez-Zapata saw his wife talking with another man, and he deliberately sped up and ran the two over with his vehicle.
Authorities said the other man, Sabastian Rios-Guerrero, suffered critical injuries, but survived the vehicular assault.
