Federal prosecutors said Monday that Ashlee Liebert of Whitmore Lake entered his plea in federal court in Huntington, W.Va.

Prosecutors said Liebert established a relationship with a 12-year-old Putnam County girl, in which he had e-mail and phone conversations that were sexual in nature.

In March, Putnam County authorities discovered Liebert and the minor in his parked vehicle in Buffalo, W.Va., and found various items including vodka and a bag of candy. Officials said a subsequent search of his home also uncovered more than 600 images and videos of minors engaged in sexual conduct.

Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 11.
