Locals line up at the polls

As voters cast their ballots at Ferrysburg City Hall, their wait has been between 10 and 15 minutes, said City of Ferrysburg Clerk Debbie Wierenga.

“It’s a heavy turnout,” she said.

Grand Haven Township Clerk Sue Buitenhuis said this year seems to have attracted more voters while maintaining a steady flow of voters.

“It’s been crazy,” she said.
