Mackinaw change of command takes place at Escanaba Park

The change of command ceremony for the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Mackinaw took place Wednesday at Escanaba Park in Grand Haven. During the ceremony, command was transferred from Cmdr. Scott J. Smith to Cmdr. Michael J. Davanzo.
