Cars involved in the Hot Rod Power Tour make their way through Grand Haven and Ferrysburg on on U.S. 31 Thursday afternoon on its way to downtown Muskegon. The tour, which is put on by Hot Rod Magazine, began in Cocoa Beach, Fla., on June 4 and it will end in Detroit on Saturday.
