Downtown Grand Haven gets paved

The paving in downtown Grand Haven is done, and with all of the sidewalk work complete, nearly all of the project is done. Officials say that there are several punch-list items that need to be finished before the entire project is officially wrapped up, but the biggest of the work is complete.
